WHERE DO WE STAND?

Looks like I have started my blog like Carrie Bradshaw from sex and the city – Where do we stand? Huh! I guess it would be more appropriate if I can write or express my feelings just like her.

I mean, look at us, women.

Earlier, we were not allowed to go out of our house, not to meet men, not to study, not to work and not anything but to be a factory machine (giving birth to children).

Many great minds fought for our freedom. The freedom we currently have.

The next question is, DO WE REALLY HAVE FREEDOM? Or ARE WE MISUSING IT?

If we really have freedom, why are there those masked animals (ref. my previous blog) still alive or left behind? Why do we still have to worry going out alone in late nights?

If we are misusing it, does it mean that we should be home thinking what might happen to us if we are alone and hence go out with our husband/brother/father/least, a boy friend.

In that case, AREN’T WE BACKING TO SQUARE ONE, Depended, Scared and Unsecured?

On the other hand, I really worry  IF WE TRULY UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF FREEDOM?

If, the only meaning we take for Freedom is wearing revealing cloths, talking about individuality, not leading a healthy relationship with husband, getting divorced, having multiple sex partners, smoking and boozing. WILL WE PREFFER A LIFE BACK IN THE 18th CENTURY?

Or, IS THERE ANY GOOD LEFT FOR THE FUTURE?

There are still few souls who care about their tradition, their culture and their purity. Who think internal purity is much important than the external.

Unfortunately, only these women fall prey for those animals.

Should I conclude saying that, WE ARE CURSED?

                                        (Or)

Should I wish for a PROPER FREEDOM and EQUAL RITES?

As I always quote, the emotional, sexual, and psychological, stereotyping of females begins when the doctor says, “It’s a girl.”
